Young man arrested for having sex on Delta flight

A 27-year-old man has been accused of having sex with a 16-year-old girl in the bathroom of an airplane on a domestic flight, officials said.
Jasper Emillien Garczynski, 27 year old MBA student from Tempe, Arizona, was arrested Monday after his Delta flight touched down at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).
Salt Lake County Sheriff’s office said Jasper Emillien Garczynski was arrested Monday off a Delta Air Lines flight from Phoenix to Salt Lake City.
According to authorities, the girl told authorities she had sex with Garczynski.
A flight attendant found Garczynski in the lavatory where he and the teen allegedly had sexual relation.
The pilot notified police after he was informed of the incident and it was determined the plane had been in Utah air space when the alleged sexual act occurred.
Upon the flight arriving at its destination, the MBA grad was arrested by awaiting Salt Lake Airport Authority.
A regard of Garczynski’s linkdn profile (since removed) showed the man being an Arizona resident and a graduate of the prestigious University of Chicago, and currently enrolled as a full time MBA candidate at the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State.
According to the school’s website, Jasper Garczynski is a teaching assistant at the WP Carey School of Business.
