A United Boeing 757-200, registration N595UA performing flight UA-1919 from San Francisco,CA to Newark,NJ (USA), was enroute at FL330 about 140nm southwest of Salt Lake City,UT (USA) when a panel door separated from the aircraft prompting the crew to divert to Salt Lake City for a safe landing about 25 minutes later.
The FAA reported the fuselage received minor damage when the panel door separated in flight.
