DHC-8-102 of Air Creebec has engine autofeather automatically on approach

An Air Creebec de Havilland Dash 8-100, registration C-GUXF performing flight YN-851 from Moosone,ON to Kaschechewan,ON (Canada) with 18 people on board, was on approach to Kaschechewan, the crew reduced power settings to maintain 140 KIAS when the left hand propeller automatically feathered unexpectedly. The crew shut the left engine (PW120A) down and elected to return to Moosone, where the aircraft landed safely.
The Canadian TSB reported maintenance replaced the Torque Signal Conditioning Unit (TSCU).
