Delta Connection (Operated by ExpressJet) CRJ-200 suffers hydraulic failure

An Expressjet Canadair CRJ-200, registration N922EV performing flight EV-5621 from Detroit,MI to Newark,NJ (USA) with 45 people on board, was on final approach to Newark’s runway 04R when the crew went around reporting a hydraulic issue causing an issue with the landing gear. After the crew worked the related checklists the aircraft positioned for an approach to Newark’s runway 04L and landed safely. The aircraft was towed to the apron.
